One and two month photos moved to page 4 on March 6, 1999.

Hi. I'm Quinland Rose Farrell Thompson. I was born in Portland, Oregon on October 16th, 1998. I was a big girl - I weighed 9 pounds, 6 ounces! (My dad says I weighed 9 pounds 5.8 ounces, but he's a math teacher...)

Here's a picture of me in the hospital at three days old. It's my mom's very favorite picture of me (maybe because I'm sleeping so peacefully!)

Dad's Bio Page

Here are some funny pictures of my mom and dad at the hospital. Whenever people ask my mom, "Can you believe that big baby fit inside of you?" she always says, "Yes, and I have pictures to prove it!"

Dad's getting ready to go into the operating room to see me be born. Here's a picture of me getting weighed -- I'm so shy!

Here I am with the love of my life,
Da-da. (I'm only one week old here.) Since my mom had a C-section, Daddy was the first one to hold me, cuddle me, change me, and dress me. (He still does all these things, but my mom helps out while he's at work.)

Here's a picture of my mom and me at the Rocking Chair Restaurant.
This place is conveniently located
in my own family room.
It has great food, and it's open
all hours of the day and night!
(I'm four weeks old in this photo.)

I have spent a lot of time going to parties this holiday season, and I've found that my little black velvet dress is just the thing to wear.

Here I am meeting my new friend Emma Harth for the first time.
(I'm trying to hide from the mama-and-papa-razzi, but it's no use;
they follow me around and take pictures of me everywhere.)

Sometimes my mom and dad call me Scrambler, because I like to move my arms and legs so much, I look like I'm scrambling to get somewhere!

Here I am, scrambling away, in the computer lab at Riverdale High School, where my dad teaches. (That's where mom and dad play on the Internet, and I play in my bouncy seat or with my Gymini from Grandma.)

Here's a farewell shot of me with Grandma Ann. I'm getting drowsy, but I'm sure glad you came to visit me!

Auf Wiedersehen!
(My Daddy taught me how to say that - he teaches German, too.)

Wow! Since Mommy set it up, this many people have visited my page:
