Does reflexology have a credible explanation?
Yes, there are a few different explanations of how reflexology works.

Is reflexology dependent on the patient’s outlook on the treatment or attitude towards it?

Reflexology isn’t dependent on the patient’s attitude but the treatment is far more effective when the patient isn’t skeptical of the treatment.

Does a person need to be spiritually connected to the treatment for it to work?

I found one source that said treatment is more effective with a connection to Buddhism but I didn’t find anything else that suggested a patient should have spiritual ties to the treatment.

Is there more of a result with foot reflexology than hand reflexology or the other way around?

When people talk about reflexology they’re typically refering to foot reflexology.  Foot reflexology has been around for decades.  Hand reflexology has just recently been “discovered” and there isn’t much to support it.
