Until last summer I had no idea I had several food allergies. I was born with severe colic which resulted in stomach problems all my life. When I was a freshman in highschool my symptoms became worse. I experienced constant nausia. I slowly realized I only got sick when I ate certain foods, so I started seeing a nutritionist. I immediately started feeling better when milk was eliminated from my diet. I also found I was allergic to Gluten, Crab, Avocado, Watermelon and Cashews. And just recently I have developed reactions to peanuts, and eggs.
