Dear readers,
The Internet is the most impressive invention of human beings. It spreads wider and wider and is considered the biggest “revolution” in the science-technology field. In Vietnam nowadays, the Internet becomes more and more popular and familiar with people of all ages. For the youth, it is a new door opening to the world and an indispensable companion. The Internet brings all the wonders to Vietnamese people, but it also creates a lot of troubles for its users. The problems caused by the Internet may not be new or big of the deal to American, but they are a headache to Vietnamese society
because still, it is brand new, and thus requires an appropriate monitoring. I                          "Cyber Cafe"                           chose to investigate this topic because I'm interested in learning about how the Vietnamese government deal with the problem as well as exploring thoroughly all the aspects of the Internet. I also proposed some of my opinions that I think would be helpful or worth considering to solve the actual question.
