Exhibition Fair:
There were 3 different fairs; one for students at RHS, one for students at RGS, and one for parents and anyone else who wanted to come.

This was my presentation board in the fair:

I spent almost 7 hours working on my board at home, as well as several days worth of class time.  It was worth the effort.

When presenting to a live audience, enthusiasm is key:

My favorite fair was the parent one because a lot of parents would approach me and say they were teachers or worked with children and we would have conversations about all different issues surrounding my project, even things that weren't even on the board or in the paper.

It's also important not to get distraught if you don't get as many audience members as other students:

Despite the look on my face, I actually had a lot of fun during the fair.

Here I am presenting my topic to some 7th graders at Riverdale Grade School:

Overall, I enjoyed my exhibition fair experience.  All 3 fairs were similar to each other, but also unique in the ways I interacted with the audience.  All 3 of them were fun in their own way.  I enjoyed showing other people what I learned this year.
