These buttons and the shoes are set in a table with 2 columns and four rows.
The border is set to "0". Three rows and joined in the right column.

These are not real links. Just buttons... You'll have to make them using the GIMP.	Please note that the shoe image is transparent. Get the original version below and edit it using the GIMP to make the background transparent.

Right click and save this image to your folder. Edit it in the GIMP.
